Thomas Frankel is a longtime Palm Beach County real estate executive and developer with more than three decades of experience in luxury residential real estate, brokerage, and development. A graduate of The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, Tom has played an integral role in the growth of some of the area’s most recognized luxury communities.

Tom has served as the licensed Real Estate Broker and President of Admirals Cove Realty since 1990 and is also actively involved with Frankel-Ball Realty. His decades of experience have provided him with extensive knowledge of the Palm Beach County luxury real estate market and the communities he serves.

As President of Frankel Development, Tom has also been involved in an extensive portfolio of residential and commercial projects throughout South Florida. These include Admirals Cove, Valencia at Abacoa and Admirals Professional Center in Jupiter; San Michele and Azure in Palm Beach Gardens; Ocean One in Juno Beach; and The Park in West Palm Beach. The company has also developed numerous premier properties in the Philadelphia area.

Throughout his career, Tom has remained actively involved in the local community, supporting numerous charitable organizations and initiatives throughout Palm Beach County.

Outside of his professional and community involvement, Tom enjoys golf, skiing, and hiking.
